This hotel is located in a convenient area with easy access to transportation and within walking distance to some restaurants and cafes. The hotel has a unique feature of a mini aquarium which adds to its charm. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the rooms are clean.

The breakfast options are limited and could use some improvement.

A great selection restaurants to eat close by, like Saravanaa Bhavan that was only 20 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed staying at aquarium. Nothing bothered us, we would definitely come back there. Suitable place for a city trip in Riyadh...

Everything was spot on.

In the morning there was buffet breakfast. Location, a short walk to all attractions.

في البداية وجدت التعليقات في الموقع مخيفة بعض الشيء، و لكنني عندما سكنت فيه بنفسي وجدت بأن المكان أكثر من رائع في تصميمه و خدماته و موظفيه، واكثر شي اعجبني هو استجابة المطعم لعدد كبير من طلبات العشاء عندما زارنا الأهل في وقت متأخر، وأيضا وجدت سيارتي مغسولة مجانا عندما أخرجتها من المواقف، وطبعا لا يخلو الأمر من بعض الأخطاء البسيطة جدا، حيث أن الفندق مازال في مرحلة الإفتتاح . At first I found the comments discouraging a bit, but when I stayed myself, I found the place more than wonderful in its design, services, staff, What I liked the most was the response of the restaurant for a large number of requests for dinner when relatives visited us, and also when i found my car washed for free when i drove it out from the parking, and of course there was a few tiny mistakes, as the hotel is still at a soft opening.

أعتقد بأن السعر منخفض قليلا، وهذه تعتبر حسنة و لكن سيئة في نفس الوقت، حيث أنك تشعر بأن أي شخص قادر على ارتياد الفندق، نتمنى من الإدارة رفع الأسعار قليلا لتحديد نوعية النزلاء. I think that the price is slightly low, This is good and bad at the same time, as you feel that any person is able to stay at the hotel. We hope the administration can raise up the prices a bit to determine the quality of guests

The room service is poor. The hotel is still underconstrction. I will not recommend staying there at all.

We loved everything about our stay - the spacious and clean rooms with cozy colors, delicious breakfast with different menu options every day, relaxing atmosphere with plenty of aquariums in the lobby and dining area, respectful receptionists who allowed us an early check-in. The hotel is conveniently located near landmarks and malls in a quiet area with no nearby restaurants, making it perfect for a peaceful stay.

Can't think of anything. This hotel exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for a memorable stay in this city.

Stayed here for business for 6 months and enjoyed the unique and quirky theme throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfy. One of the best aspects was the aquarium, with cute fish, snakes and crocodile, were really exciting to see. the coffee shop is conveniently open 24/7. Location is great, with easy access to taxi and a short distance from the main road.

I must say, the lifts really need an upgrade, they were too old, and often took ages to arrive. I also found the breakfast options quite limited though the breakfast was fine.

Clean, inexpensive, confortable

The aquariums that are in the hotel in the lobby, in the walls, on the roofs. It also has turtles and crocodiles.

The hotel does not have restaurant. So when you stay with family, you might face problems for lunch for family when you are out at the office. The hotel also did not have ATM/SPAN facility, which makes you pay in cash.

Quirky and friendly staff, great food, impressive artwork, unique animal displays.

Hotel is themed all over with Aquarium and ornamental fish, along with this there is also a live crocodile and Turtles, which makes dinning experience too good. This is what I liked most of the hotel.
